USA orders usually take between 12 to 20 days to arrive at their destination.
Australia, New Zealand, Canada take between 13-26 days to arrive at their destination.
United Kingdom takes between 20-40 days to arrive at their destination.
All shipping time frames are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization and verification.
Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands and U.S. Territories.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Based on the estimated delivery time, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Neptune Wild is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Allow up to 7 days for order processing based on high demand products. Shipping may be delayed in cases of address verification or flagged orders. Credit card authorization and address verification can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?
We will email you a Tracking number once we shipped your order. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please verify your address is entered fully and correctly. Include apartment or suite number, if applicable.
If there are issues with verifying your address, our customer service will contact you to try to resolve these issues.
If after several attempts have been made to contact you and you do not respond, your order will be canceled.
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address before the product is shipped.
If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for shipping to the incorrect address input by the Customer.
We do not issue a refund if the package is returned non-deliverable. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address and pick up their package when it arrived at the destination or postal carrier facility.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. A refund for the purchase of the product will not be given.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, first check with friends, family, roommates or neighbors in case they have seen or received it on your behalf.
- We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them and file a Police Report if you believe your product was stolen.
