Once you received your package, please open and check immediately to make sure the items you received is the correct item, size, color, style, type and any defects.
Defective items & incorrect items - You must email us a photo of the product within 24 hours of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a refund.
- Refund will not be issued if Customer made a mistake when ordering based on wrong shipping address entered, color, style, and size. POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- If you are approved, a refund credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or as a Store Credit in the form of an E-Gift card or coupon via email. Please treat store credit like cash.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing.
- No refund is given for a Free + Shipping product.
- Refund will not be issued if the product has already been shipped and customer changed their mind.
Refund will not be issued if Customer entered the INCORRECT ADDRESS;
We do not take responsibility for shipping to the incorrect address input by the Customer.
Refund will not be issued if Customer UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
Refund will not be issued for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them and file a Police Report if you believe your product was stolen.
- Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card or coupon via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable. Store credit never expires.
- Please contact us first before sending your returns. Do not send your items back to the manufacturer. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process. POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received them. Items returned beyond 30 days will not receive a store credit and will be considered a FINAL sale.
- Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn and unwashed (free of any smells, stains from makeup, pet's hair, deodorant, or wear) with original packaging and original packing slip if any with the item(s). We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way.
- PLEASE NOTE: FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS
- We do not accept the return on Sale and Marked Down Items.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Neptune Wild reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Neptune Wild reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

- We do not do exchanges due to our products are in high demand and if you send the item back for exchanges, there is no guarantee that the item will be in stock. Our products are quite popular worldwide.
- You may return the eligible items back and we will issue you a refund or a store credit after we received your package. The store credit may be used towards repurchasing the correct item, size, color, etc.
Return Shipping Fee:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected.
- We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. Do purchase shipping insurance if an item is over $75. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. There's no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Cancellation request must be done within 3 hours after you ordered.
- We do not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
All items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- All discounted items are also FINAL SALE.
- We reserve the right to add or remove sale items at any time.
- Any sale or final sale item received for a return will not be honored.
